I have a set of new (as in had plastic on them) "Toyota" seats that I bought from a man in hopes of using them in a 40 restoration. The man stated he purchased them along with other Toyota seats in a block purchase. The seats are extremely nice, have sliders, tilt back AND up/down movements. They are not electrical. The PS has a place to mount a fire extinguisher. The seats are grey with a little bit of color in the pattern. Cloth but more durable like that of a Jeep seat.
These will NOT work on a 40 (well the PS will not work) that has an in cab gas cell because of the difference in foam of this style vs. OE-would sit too high. They might work on a later 40 but I cannot confirm. These would be super nice in a 55 or 60.
No brackets.
I paid 100.00 and would like to get the same. These are as new as possible and very comfortable.
