Has anyone run across an offering for a protection plate for the gap left when you install an aftermarket skid, but do not have an aftermarket bumper?

In this scenario, there is a gap where sticks or other objects could damage the radiator.

Chatting with a other mudders, it sounds like aftermarket bumpers have an integral skid that protects this area.

I don't want an aftermarket bumper at this point.

I made something out of scrap aluminum sheet as a workaround, but am wondering if anyone has seen a vendor solution.

The original skids have a piece that protects here (far right):

Yes!

Looks like Asfir brand? I'll see if I can google it up. Wonder if that part is available separately?

Here is my agricultural fabrication version (not quite the coverage I wanted, the original plan needed bends and ideally to tuck below the next skid plate mounting bolts, but I couldn't make them, so I cut off the rear part and figured a little protection is better than no protection):

And what I was trying for before I realized I can't bend it:

Just set the year and model in the dropdowns. They airfreight at the published web site costs all but the fuel skid and bumper. Those are pallet freight and require some discussion with the staff via email.

Lots of happy customers over in the 100 forum.

There must be a brake sitting idle near you . . .

This is a great question

Another option would be to cut off the front piece just pass the bolts and reuse just that section. Might require some tack welds to keep the three sub pieces together.
