I'm looking into this, but my first impression is this is sensationalism over the Travel Management process.
EDIT- This is not part of Travel Management. It is the revision of the Forest Plan, which is what the Forest Service uses to guide decisions in the future, and is something that the OHV community should be involved with so that the Forest Service has input from our perspective. TRAL has been attending the meetings and giving input and will continue to do so. One of the comments on that page is spot-on: "So attend the meetings and get involved! This is the only way to keep them open. If the only people communicating with the TNF are the ones that want it closed, then it will be closed."
