Proper tire rotation procedure?

I know this is a simple thing but what's the proper tire rotation process for an 82 BJ42 with 33" BFGs? I've got a new set of tires including the spare and would like to wear them all fairly evenly so the spare doesn't end up being much larger than the other tires 25k miles later.

Lets see if I can verbalize this.

Both rears move directly forward retaining the same sides. Right front to the spare location. Spare to the left rear. Left front to the right rear. Directional tires would be different but I don't think that applies for most of us.

I can toss something together in paint if you need.
