Are there any versions that don't completely cut out the petrol?

I've read accounts of people running on propane for an extended period of time and toasting their injectors. From what I've read some versions run a little bit of petrol to keep the injectors cool.
if you look at the second pic that white contaner is a valve saving flash lube kit it feeds oil into the valves but i still run 1/4 tank of petrol to every tank of gas (propane just to keep the injectors and seals nice and moist i have never had a problem with mine and its been on gas for 12 years, olso i have no prob with the tank being were it is the angle is straight from the diff center to the rear bumper you and that is a heavy stell plate around it so nothing will get the tank you would rip your diff or bumper of before hitting that tank:D:D:D

Mine is pretty much the same components/ locations, except I use the BLOS mixer. Essentialy they come in complete kit form, no custom work really, but in the UK they have to be fitted by a certified installer, and it's generally a day or so for a simple mixer one.

The more sophisticated versions use propane injectors, one per cylinder, and are more efficient, but more expensive. Drilling and tapping the inlet manifold is a fair additional cost. The cheaper variant mix the gas into the airstream between the MAF/VAF and the throttle body.

And yes, you switch between propane and petrol at will (generally starting on petrol).
yes same here in Australia altho i have friends that have insalled there own, i used to have a go cart that i put a 9kg gas (propan bottle on ran great and cheap

Where did the pics go?
I was looking at a fuel cell in the bed of my rig, but thinking now of going with propane.
Anyone here in the US done this yet? Mines Trail-only...

I'ma bump this, again... cause I'm thinking about doing it again.
