Bought this about 2 years ago, never put it on the truck and then it got lost in a move and just uncovered it. The original seller rebuilds these things and guaranteed they work. I checked the ohm output across the pins, and they are within spec, specifically:

My readings on the unit are:
VS - E2 = 318 ohm (spec is 200-600 ohm)
VC - E2 = 280 ohm (spec is 200-400 ohm)
THA - E2 @70 degrees = 2,450 ohm (spec is 2k to 3k ohm)
