That is good thinking though, I will double check with the salesman to be sure there aren't any taxes I'm not taking into consideration or charges he neglected to mention.
I think $70k for this LC before taxes is doable. However, if you first offer $65k, the dealer might not bother with a counter. It really depends on your region and dealer. Good luck.
