Know what you mean, just had to sit through 2 days of Building Construction for the Fire Service class. Boring as hell but good to know just in case!! Unlike The High Performance Safety Commitment Workshop. Thats gotta really suck and cost to much $$$ for the company.

I'm a Project Manager for a very large dredging company. We maintain and deepen shipping channels and ports. Our projects are mainly Government contracts and all are obtained by lowest bid. Typical job is 4 - 6 months and we never know where we're going next. Don't really "travel" much except to go home once a month or so. Sorta like a migrant farm worker but with better pay. :D

Got back to Wilmington at friggin' 2 a.m. today.

Picked up Dawg 'round 9, when I done woke up.

Ain't sure which one of us was happier, but it was a damn fine thang. :bounce: :bounce:

Safety Workshop was actually a helluva good deal. Consultants were real pros. Said we had to "think outside the box". I done told 'em I'd been there already ........

Done survived 'nuther hitch at work and I'm headin' home. Pullin' out at 0500 tom. so should roll inta Elwood 'bout 0100 Wed.

1213 miles in 18.5 hours. The Trusty Ol' Comp'ny Truck smelled home and she just kept runnin' strong till we got here. :grinpimp:
