Last night, aboard Air Force One, President Bush signed the Clean Boating Act of 2008 into law. A photo of the signing is available here:

This is welcome news for the recreational boating community. We are thrilled that the bill was able to move relatively quickly through Congress on a bipartisan course and that the President moved so quickly to sign it.
