Preheater gasket Dimensions

Does anyone have a [part# 19829-17010 Gasket, Intake Heater] loose or the Preheater from either a 1hd-ft or fte? I need to know dimensions, looking for hole Diameter, and spacing. trying to not remove my intake to get precise measurements.

Measuring from a new, unused gasket 19829-17010:

Bolt size is M8, the holes in the gasket are 9 mm.

Centre to centre bolt spacing is 111 mm x 85 mm.

There is a fifth hole near one corner where the intake heater has an M6 threaded hole, but this is not used in my application.
