Jason (jfz80) and i hit URE up for a quick test of the IPOR skid plate and slee sliders.

Well, conclusions are that they work. :grinpimp:

Jason you never called me to come out with you guys.. And Eric actually left the Cruiser here all weekend. I was so shocked that he didn't take it to work with him. *sigh* again the girl doesn't get to go.
 
Fist set of pics is coming up Kodak on Rocky mtn loop. Looks like the first pic caugt the body damage in action as my buperette recieved the kiss of the kodak.

Sorry stang--- couldnt cause a riff in the cruiser community(household);) ; actually somewhat last minute call; had not planned on going and we didnt leave HP till noon. I didnt take many pics at all but ill add when i can find my cradle for the camera. looking foward to next week!!!!! :cheers:
 
yeah Jason, Stacy was not happy this morning. you are definately in the doghouse buddy. :eek: I think she would have went too. she'll get alot of practice this weekend hopefully.
 
I wasn't really planning on going either, i just woke up and Jason was in the kitchen ready to go. So i had some breakfast and took off. I got a text from my sister really mad that i didn't invite her too.
 
:D yeah had I not had to work I would have been there myself. Thought long and hard about catching a cold so I could go. Guess that little trail Jason and I hit barely scratched the itch. is was so sloppy I just started sliding down the hill. Might have to head back over there once it dries up a bit.
 
whoa whoa whoa.... i am not going to be held responsible for your marriage should i take the :princess: out in your cruiser (that is until its officially "hers" ;) ) and then we are gonna want to take yours anyways, so ;p either way. :D

too funny Jason. not gonna say I blame you. she's just giving you a hard time. I think she is kinda getting the itch to wheel. I love it.
 
Yeah, blame it on me being married... Just admit it, you didn't want the GIRL to come along... *sigh* Why couldn't I have been born a man.. Why do I have to enjoy "Guy" stuff?

well I for one am glad.....:D I think I might be in trouble if you weren't. And I am glad you enjoy guy stuff....makes my job easy.
 
There was a crowd at Kodak. Jason went first and he took a much more difficult line because he's locked. Basically, coming up you have about 4 lines. Right is the huge rock face. Just to the left of it, is an other really hard line (jason came this way) but not right up the face. Just to the left of that line, is another pretty tough line. I attempted that one, but after getting about halfway up and just spinning for about 15 minutes, i backed back down and took the left most line. Still, not a walk in the park.
 
You took the far left and didn't snag that tree?...that took finnesse. I think you can make the line you spun on, I can do it and I'm unlocked. There is a do-able line within that one that you have to find. I'm just mad that I still can't make it up the line Jason took :flipoff2:

It was close, but the 80 just snugged right past it. I figured that was the tree that gave you that little bit of body damage.

I was halfway up that other line and kept getting hung up. was sitting on my rear control arm mounts a few times, on my rear diff a few times and then on the axle housing a few times. Plus, my tires are about worn out. I know if i would have had at least one locker i would have easily made it.
