Hey there team-GX. I'm looking for a reputable technician who could do an onsite pre-purchase inspection for a GX460 in Austin Tx area. I'm not able to bring the truck into the mechanic so someone would have to be willing to do it onsite. Let me know if you guys know of someone in the area that would be good for this little mission. I just used Joe at Peace of Mind Auto Inspection out of San Antonio to get an inspection in Corpus Christi. He'll travel for extra cost. It's a detailed inspection with lots of photos but he missed a couple things like a coolant leak I need to get checked out and the second row behind the passager seat won't fold flat. Nothing major missed and lots of good reviews. He flagged that I'll need to do the valley plate gasket in the next few years.
He was great with communicating too. Just know he's not a specialist in Lexus or anything and it doesn't go on a lift. I can send ya my pre-purchase inspection if want to see what he checks.
