Im definately waining, but still on the fence here and all barring a more thorough frame inspection but if you were looking to purchase this vehicle what would you be looking for.......or would you be running?

Leak down and compression? ive done compression checks b4 purchase on several gassers, but this is my first experience w/ any deisel.
Running H motor, idles well, white smoke but 40* day as well. Maybe injector service but how is parts avail for these? The 2h seems easier to find w/ the forklift industry using them.
given its rough condition, plan would be for a in town driver w/ a 15 footer paint job over patched panels and safe drivetrain/brakes for in town use (75 mile round trip day)
care to throw any values out you see?
