Hi everyone, Last sunday oct 21 I had dropped the spare key at the Safeway parking lot accidentally when I realized it wasnt on the key chain, I ran out and the prado was gone, well it was recovered I didnt see it but was told it had front end damage and that the thieves put gas in it. I see ICBC this monday , the key was not recovered and there was no sign of beak in .
questions
What should I say I have theft collision etc...
I was thinking of taking it to BAHA because it is close to EBI for the mechanical work but BAHA is booked up for a while and If repaired I kind of need it soon because Carolyn and I are going our seperate ways. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks

How much damage?

If ICBC doesn't help out much I am sure there are a few of these parked in lots with blown heads to get parts from. You might be able to repair it cost effective.

FN thieves...... kill switches guys!!!

I was wondering if that was you that called the other day
sucks, the bodyshop is usually full all the time. I need to sneak my own stuff in there time to time and it's tuff
call me and I'll give you info for my second bodyshop (they do ICBC work as well)

If it's body work you need, I've had good success with Boyd Autobody in Tsawwasen and Peter Skaziki (not sure on spelling)?? He used to be Baker St. Autobody in Richmond when I had the '60 done.

I had them go over the '60, cutting out the rust, in the early/mid '90's and it's still mostly good though once rust starts it's pretty tough to stop.

If Peter is there I'd trust them to do good work, if not I can't really say.

Man that sucks. At least they recovered the truck. I had my truck broken into a couple years ago and I was pissed about that, I can't imagine what its like having the whole vehicle stolen. If you're looking for a body shop in Port Moody I had work done on my previous vehicle at First Class Auto Body and they did a really good job. They're only a few blocks west of EBI on St. Johns

Thanks for the info guys,
