Prado 90 with 1uz vvti IAVC problems

hi guys

i have a prado 90 series SWB and have replaced the engine with a 1uz vvti. i recently cleaned the IAV and now the revs are too high. does anyone have any idea on how i can reset this to normal idle speed. At moment the car revs about 2000 rpm cold start and drops to 1500 rpm and normal operating temperature

Tried disconnecting the battery for a few mins?
