Power upgrades for the 1FZFE... keeping it naturally aspirated

Update on the project... 02 sensors have been moved to the stock exhaust manifolds for now and they will be placed in a similar location in the header... in the collector for each bank... which brings up another question, does this motor run like the old F/2F where it likes some back pressure (muffler/glasspack) or does a straight pipe off the header work? Thanks for the updates :)
 
I am new to the 1FZFE and had a few questions about it. Just to keep things Toyota, I put a 1FZFE in my FJ40 to race in our local mud bog races. Rules state that my motor class (4 and 6 cylinders) must be naturally aspirated, so my question is, what kind of power upgrades are available for this motor with out turbos or superchargers. I should also clarify also, this is a 94' 1FZFE, pre-OBD-II I believe... although there is a 'diagnostic' port attached to the motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
