Power steering box removal help!

hey guys I'm trying to change the seals in my power steering box but I'm stuck with the removing of the box! I've taken the pit man arm off, taken off the lines going to and from the pump and taken the 3 bolts that hold it to the body but it just doesn't come out I'm stuck with it near the steering shaft (think its called) please help!

If you have removed three bolts from the pedestal there are four.

Usually requires a bit of twisting and turning to remove.
