Power increasing for 1-HZ engine

Does anyone have some knowledge about power increasingfor 1-HZ engines, but without turbocharger instalation??
There is not a lot but here is the recipe. Straighten the exhaust out as much as possible ,turn the fuel up a small amount. If you can find them ,add some headers.
It is proven to increase the power by 6kw
.
