Food for thought, if I were to do the same thing here in Az (100 amp subpanel, and pass code), this is what my order would look like:

150' (x3) #2 thhn copper
150' #3 (or min #4) thhn copper (green)

If aluminum:
150' (x3) #1
150' #2

Although, I do remember years ago, P&Z had a different set of codes re MH's

typicaly the neutral is undersized...no real problem since all that it is needed for is the unballanced load. when i said that the #2 aluminum seems a bit small, i was thinking about the voltage drop a 100 foot run would create. lastly i don't know what your soil conditions are, but copper is much more forgiving. i know you'er dealing with insulated wires, but very few people can pull wires into a pipe and NOT nick the insulation... and few supply places can pulld the wire off a spool without doing the same. belive me i've been at this for a few years it happens a lot! once installed it just a matter of time.

Fledglingme copper was too expensive for this project, in conduit I hope the aluminum will be OK.

passed inspection a few weeks ago,

wound up moving the satellite modem and router into the new building, humidly is lower there as it is air conditioned hopefully that will be easier on the equipment, to do that I wound up using all 4 low voltage lines i ran, the 2 coax to bring the connection from the dish to the modem and the two Ethernet to back feed another building with wired LAN and a wireless access point in another, so I have already used my "just in case" glad I did it.

The data lines are about a foot from the power lines in the same trench and so far no problem everything is running fine.

Oh and found out the power is a little hot here, getting 248 volts at my sub pannel, best electric stove I have ever used, burners get cherry red, boils a pot for spaghetti in a hurry,
