I don't know how hard it would be to allow embedding of twitter, I could see it as useful.

Given Photobuckets recent changes, I'll likely be blocking anything that hosts externally. Sad to see so many tech images lost.

not yet. But guaranteed they will, now that Photobucket has.

Working on a plugin that auto-saves those images as local, and will be switching off external uploads shortly.

Technically, I'm paying (a minimal fee) for Google Drive storage which includes photos. I can't imagine they would jack up their rate to match PB.
