Por 15 vs rust bullet vs this....

Been reading the forums and RB vs Por15 are nothing more than moisture cured polyurethane paints that can be had for less...
So what about this

I am going to paint a bumper so I just want it to be durable and not have the headache of topcoat not sticking to rust bullet

I painted my trailer tongue with rust stop from Rustoleum. It was about 7 buck at Autozone. I had to wire brush to get the loose rust off and wash to get the oil off. It turned out great. The black rust conversion was easy to rattle can.
