Short meeting but guess who's back in Springs?!!! @Spadone! (JB)
We talked about @black95 's OLS medical kit, and bantered the idea of getting one or making one for the club to take on outings/events. JB is looking into it; more to follow.
Bill and I met a guy on Cloverdale who was on Hermit Pass Saturday (June 8th). He says it, too, is snowbound. We're scheduled to go to Hermit and/or Hayden Pass in early July (6-7), then Mosquito Pass in late July (20-21). We were thinking, perhaps, to postpone the Hermit/Hayden Passes, and do Medano instead (assuming it may finally be open), or, do the Apisapa Pass which was scheduled in March.
@twbland is still coordinating for the Cruisin' for a Brews'n event on Sunday, August 4th.
he also said @Grimeless asked if we want to do a BBQ event this summer; he'll provide the woods if Todd will bring the meats. We looked at calendars and the first, best date we figured might be Saturday, August 31st. This date is tentative, but look at your calendars and see what works (and let Todd know).
