I was thinking of taking Scott but we are going to be at the OC Auto Show Sat and I am not sure if he will be up for another day of walking around.

Never mind, apparently I have the honor of working this weekend.

Decided to pass. Someone post pics. Roberto Miranda usually goes and posts...but his camera is always pointed at beautiful women!

Sorry I didn't take a whole lot of pics. This show was almost entirely for the OffRoad Racing types. Since I don't have any flat-billed hats, tribal tattoos or a girlfriend with big fake tits, I don't really fit in :flipoff2:

The tracks were kinda cool but completely useless unless I get a winter home in Idaho. The 80 was outside between the buildings. It was decent with a bit of love given to it. I was looking for HAM mounts so I notice this one.

Again, I was mostly taking pics of stuff that I was interested in rather than taking pics for the crowd. So I was noticing rear light/antenna mounts. The other 80 was less interesting. Although I did find the aluminum rack interesting.

Wasn't a fan of how it was mounted but I suppose it does eliminate the need for gutter clamps. These guys drilled into the gutter and just screwed in from the bottom. I was checking out the Nitto axles and the beadlocks. I'm not an expert on BLs so I have no idea how decent these are. They aren't DOT so...

This 70 series was pretty damn nice. I never use to be into them until I saw this one. Lot of time and money put into the suspension. I really like the snorkel/decal touch.

BTW, my son is the one in the blue shirt and flip flops

Went to the Front Runner booth, one of the two Expo booths at the show. IronMan was the other. I gotta say, I really like the design of their racks. I didn't think I would like them but I gotta say, pretty bad ass. The rack used all extruded aluminum and has built in retaining slots. All of the tie downs and fixtures use 8mm bolts. There are slots that allow the bolts to slide into the channel and the bolt can slide anywhere inside the channel. Simple tighten and you are good to go. Its a smart setup.

Went today to Offroad Expo. Took the family and had a great time today. Was really impressed with all the AOE rigs at the show.

My son was able to meet his favorite fabricator and take a picture with him. So, needless to say he was pretty excited not only to see Ian at the show, but also the Magna Flow Urban Assault Zombie killing JK from the last episode :bounce::bounce:

That 70 series is the one Nitro Gear and Axle used for this years Ultimate Adventure.
Looks like there was some good stuff despite the saturation of the flat bills. :flipoff2:
Nice Pics. My son would have loved to meet Ian too. Bummer
