I've received a email advising my pms are approaching my 30 limit. It tells me to archive them... but I can't find a way to do so... can someone please advise me how to do it... in words of 1 sylable or less,, I'm crap at computers.

check the box next to the messages you want to archive
find the dropdown box below the list that says 'move to folder'
select one of the three Download options there and click 'go'
also, make sure you keep your Outbox cleaned out
