This isn't really "a problem specifically caused by the upgrade" but more of "an existing inconvenience that has been made worse".
I suspect that a lot of people, like me, click on "quick Links" then "subscribed threads" (as soon as they log-on) to check whether there are any new replies on topics/threads that are of interest to them.
This is where the problem lies. "Subscribed threads" is a long way down the "fold-down" (3rd from bottom) that you see appear (when you click on "quick links"). The upper ones (that are more accessible) I don't use at all.
So when I click on "quick links" I often can't see the "subscribed threads" box because it has fallen off the bottom of my screen (because it is positioned so low). (Especially true now you have inserted that notice about "reporting bugs".) So I'm forced to "scroll down". And when I "scroll down", the fold-down invariably disappears. And then I've often "scrolled down" so far that "quick links" has disappeared off the top of the screen, so I must "scroll back up" to get the fold-down to reappear.
This juggling around gets frustrating at times and could be solved simply by placing the "subscribed threads" box much nearer the top of the folddown (instead of 3rd from bottom). Surely this must benefit the majority of users because I would expect it to be the most popular box there that people want to click on.
Or have I overlooked a better way of getting to "subscribed threads".
