Hey guys, my wife needs some help with a cause that has hit our family pretty hard in the last few months. We have had 2 different family members need mastectomies since the year turned 2008 . My wife has decided to challenge herself to complete the 3 day walk to benefit breast cancer research. If any of you can even spare $1 it is much appreciated. If your economic stimulus check signed by G.W.B. needs a good home, look no further (not like any of you need anything else for your rigs....especially you SOCALFJ ):flipoff2:. Have you been thinking that you did not have enough deductions last year? Want to get a head start on this year? If you have made it this far into this paragraph you are probably looking for this:

LINKY TO HELP THE CAUSE

Thank you all,

Smit

Smitty, both my grandmas passed due to Cancer. I know what its like to deal with it. I will be sending a donation your way brotha. Good for Candice! Im proud of her!

Thanks Dave. We actually had a cousin pass from cancer last fall at 42 yrs. old. I also have two other breast cancer survivors in the family and we did lose a 32 year old 10 years ago to breast cancer. Oh and by the way, this is ALL on the same side of the family. So this is obviously very special to us.

Done!
SMITTY, It's too late for you to drive out and join us for this weeks run at Anza, but we will tip a few back in your honor.

Thanks Stan! Just know that I will be jealous all weekend while thinking about you guys! Be safe, take pics, and hopfully Reid will be there with the record button on a lot. I have to live out west through you guys now. Glad you are all very active so I don't get bored!! i need some serious mud terrains if I plan to venture out here anytime soon....hopfully all this rain is putting a dent in out drought.

Thanks Pablo (and Griffin)! She starts training next week. This will be very good for her and her group of friends that she is teaming up with. 3 of them have had babies within the last year and they are all going to need the comraderie (sp?) and time away from the screaming boys. Now hopfully she won't keeping complaining of a headache when I get out the massage oil :hhmm:.

Thanks again everyone. Please keep us in your prayers.

Smitty

glad to do it. My wife did it in 1999 and still raves about the experience.

prayers on!

has there been any diagnosis why it's so prevalent one the one side of the family?

Please thank Candice for her commitment. The Adler Family is proud to sponsor her.
cheers,
David...

You guys are so awesome:clap::clap::clap:. I am truly blessed and honored to have met and gotten to know you guys:D. You all have stepped up to the plate more than either Candice or my families. We know that they are going to help out but you all wasted no time at all for this great cause. Candice (well we, I am not going to let her walk alone) have already started the training with 4 mile loops. Candice is so impressed with this group and understands even more when I tell her that I am not going to be able to find another group anywhere near you guys in character, passion, and all around positivity;p. I really am trying to get some more clients out in Cali so I can get the company to foot the plane ride and hotel so I can come out sometime this year and co-pilot a run :hhmm:.

Thanks again, you all rock,
Smit

Her walk is in October. She is nursing blisters at the moment from the training. We are up to walking 7-8 miles 3 times a week. Physically we could do more, time is just hard to find and Davis has had about enough after 2 hours in the stroller. We are actually planning a golf tourney and a Boob-B-Q fundraiser to raise more money for her team. Her group is also going to volunteer at the big dirt track here that my cousin owns and put all of their wages/tips towards the cause. Should be a lot of fun and we are getting those nice hot, humid, sticky days to train in :( .

Thanks again for all your support,
Smit

Good luck in both or your training and finding a customer out here. ;)
