Pig sighting in Georgia

I was driving home the other day and saw an all white piggy with a black expedition style rack on top heading down the street near my house. Now, I thought I knew everyone around me with a pig, but this was one I didn't recognize. Any one on here know someone who might have been in Norcross, GA earlier this week? It was on Langford Road headed towards Buford Highway.

Did it have NC plates? If they were NC plates reading "78FJ55", I saw this rig in Charlotte about 5 Years ago

Honestly, I didn't have a chance to look at the plates. It was zinging past me (as much as pigs can zing) going the other direction on a divided road. I saw pig, beeped and waved like crazy, and then turned left to go home.
