PIAA 520 SMR Clear Lights(new)

I've been holding on to these until I got myself a roof rack to install them on but now that I got my rack, these lights are too tall to get into the garage. I am selling these for $150.

Are they chrome or black? Where you located? Wire harness?

Black, and is still in box with everything included. I'm in Highland near Redlands, about 30-40min from Corona.
