photoshop guru please help

could some one please show me how this truck would look like if it had a bonnet scoop(low profile), or louvres at the side, or my preference would be a mitsubishi style rearwood facing scoop that runs left to right and as close to the back of the hood as possible. this is for getting the heat out out from under the bonnet. i have got photoshop cs2 but i am still learning and i just botched everything up so far. cheers and beers.
