PCS error....final call for solution? (1 Viewer)

Howdy folks.

I have had a persistent PCS error for awhile now.

I have tried all the solutions including resetting using steering column stalk. No dice.

Local dealer tried to pull code but nothing showed up. They tested radar sensor unit and harness and fuses. Cleaned radar sensor. They determined the radar sensor was kaput.

Just wondering how rare is it for the radar sensor to go bad?

The chiming noise is annoying me and I have even considered pulling the fuse to get rid of it.

Any thoughts appreciated!

Oh that would be pretty awesome...I was even thinking finding a used example from a junk yard. New units are about $2500
