So another smurf blue BJ 60 is available.
It's a 5sp. Good drive train. The rocker covers are leaking and it shows 460000 on the odo.

I would like a few bits and pieces but I'm not into buying it all. I could however go on on it for a part out.
$400 buys the whole thing. Anyone interested?
I have a place to part it out but it's gotta be done in 2 weeks.

you taking the motor...
i could use a couple things off it...
springs, seats if there still good... seatbelts... let me know what the deal is...

I called Jonathan and he says he wants it. I'm going to drag it to his place near Duncan. For the delivery I'm going to get driveshafts and some other odds and ends. Jon is really after the motor and trans.
I'll ask if he needs the seats or belts and of not I'll take them out. I won't have a cutting torch so springs are outta the question I'm affraid.

I plan to do all this on Monday.

no worries on the spring... just a thought.. let me know

cool.

I'm at his place fairly often...gonna have to check out the steering bits...:grinpimp:

I'm going to vic on Monday most likely tho.

Ryan you still looking for steering stuff...
i have a tilt 60 column sitting in the garage?

Well I managed to save another Sixty from the crusher.

The engine and trans will live on in one of Jonathan's creations and I salvaged a piece here and there. Hellbent 40 got the seats and belts.

A good day.

Too bad you couldn't meet us at the pub Ryan but as you can see it didn't stop us from enjoying what Duncan has to offer. (in the food department!)

ahh, the broken marriage...:grinpimp:

but yeah, I wanted to come, and check out the 60, see what Jonathan would let me swipe off it :hillbilly: ,but I'd promised the old man I'd help him pick up his fawking pool table a week ago.

For the record, disassembling, moving and then reassembling a slate pool table, is a pain in the ass. Not to mention mindbuggeringly heavy.
