How much for the throttle knob/ cable?

Do you have any early (pre-‘68) knobs, switches or cables?

Would need shipped to CA, 94551.

I just have the one side with the sliding window the other hard top side just had normal glass. I can pull the sliding glass and track from the side and ship them if you just wanted those without the metal hard top side
