Hmmm. Could it be he is having second thoughts about all the work involved in parting a vehicle like this? I would give him some time to respond.

I don't mean to speak for him here, but he mentioned to me yesterday that he had been contacted by a prospective buyer for the whole vehicle. That's all I know.

He's prob busy at work right now. He has what most of us would call a Dream Job. I'm sure that he will get back to you as soon as he can. Parting the truck out isn't a problem for him as he will make a lot more than trying to sell without a title... which is a long story. :D

Interior is gray leather
has side steps, so no front mud flaps.

I need both sun visors if in good shape and not sagging, and if they have the vanity mirrors, the factory jack and all associated tools/jack handle extensions, and the front wiper motor connector with pigtail. Shipped to 92314. Thanks

To all:
On good authority, here are some recommendations:
- Continue to register your requests, and
- Please Standby for further updates to this thread regarding the availability of parts from this vehicle.

On better authority. It is sold. I am picking it up one day next week.

Thanks,

Gary

Well Gary, that is all very interesting. You are correct that this truck is sold however I just confirmed with Mike on the phone a few minutes ago that we will be picking up the truck on Saturday AM. Sorry but we were first in line.

To all:
This truck is being purchased by Outback Offroad Gear in Indianapolis and it will be parted out. There will be three of us working on dismantling so we should hopefully be able to keep up with the demand for parts. A few interior parts such as front seats and carpet will not be available but we will let you know about that soon. Please see my post above and proceed as recommended. Thanks.

Very interesting to me also, He told me it was mine and would let me know how to handle the cash transfer. He needed to know right then, cause someone else was looking at it. We made a deal then, at around 10:34am yesterday, so I am not sure what is going on either......

Not sure what to tell you man. You need to give him a call. In my conversations with Mike over the past several days, I have found a great deal of integrity on his part. He has kept his word to me. We can continue this discussion via PM if you wish but it doesn't need to continue here. When this all shakes loose, I will update everyone here.

Still interested in those parts from post #9.

I also need the lower dash trim (the one that covers the ac controls, etc) if in black, not cracked and all the mounting tabs are there.

Also the left of the two side by side heater/AC ducts above the radio, if both side swivel nipples are ok.

Let me know. Thanks

Gents:
Keep the requests coming either here or via PM. Feel free to make offers but remember, these parts are pristine. We just got this truck yesterday and haven't started parting it yet but will very soon. We are looking to sell big items first to recoup our investment as soon as possible. I have kept track of everyone's requests and will send PMs and update here as I have a chance to confirm interest/prices. Thanks for your interest.

Passenger front fender, and the steel transmission lines that run next to the motor.

Is the upper dash surround (center vents, clock, etc) covered in the wood trim? What color is it below the trim? Cost shipped to 58704 please. Pic if possible. Please email or PM.

Cheers.

Grand

Upper dash has the wood trim. Lower dash is black but is spoken for.

Do you have the center console? If it is grey, and is the two compartment console, I'll take it.
