Parking Brake Repair

Bought all the parts for the repair. Mechanic told me rust was an issue. Dust shields were rotted out. They support the shoes for the parking brake. What can be done to fix this?

Not sure what your asking, rust or dust shield.
Buy new ones...$90 off ebay (dust shields)
