I just finished installing my supercharger. Fired right up but with CEL P0120 and idles around 1500 rpms. I did not disconnect the cables from the throttle body, i kept the whole assembly together. I used solder seal connectors when I spliced both ias/tps. I searched how to test the tps but I cant seem to understand by just looking at diagram, i need an actual visual aid haha 🥲. I want to test the tps before i interrogate my spliced wiring.

Thank you again

I had an issue with the TPS when I used solder connectors. I cut them out and crimped them together as Toyota specs in the FSM. Fixed my issue.

From your description, if the only thing you modified is that. I'd check continuity between TPS and ECU. Probably have to rewire it.

Also, when shifted to “D” my car wont go past 2k rpms even when I floor it from dead stop. If I shift starting from L to 2 to D then It will rev as high as I want it to. Pwr and 2nd button are not pressed. Is this because of the TPS error? I also adjusted the kickdown/throttle cable a little but it didnt help
