They are but the 40 will be either sitting too far back or to far forward on Tonys trailer if you load the 4 wheeler. You can do it but I wouldn't want to pull it very far. You want to try to get the load centered on the axles on a trailer like that. It just pulls better and keeps the tounge weight right.

Would it help if I backed the 40 onto the trailer? Can I get a spotter?
