oh and for the oil leak....tighten all your bolts on the oil pan...trust me they are loose...

Lowtide, every damn one of them was loose. We'll see how she does now. There's oil in the clutch inspection cover but I can't see any real sign of leakage there except in the two large bolts at the end of the pan (rear main area?). Thanks for the tip. I've got some of that nifty UV dye now so that'll be the next step.

I also say pull the trim. It's easy to do, you can't even tell it's gone, and it'll save you a headache on down the road.
