Wanted Outer axle snap rings

With my going to 4 Toyota dealers and 5 "auto parts" stores I have come to a conclusion I should have just asked here. Anyone have any of the outer front axle snaps rings they might be willing to sell/get rid of? These are the ones that go on the outer end of the front outer axle/inside the locking hubs.

I seem to have two front ends that the POs didn't think it important enough to replace them after they tore the assemblies down for the "rebuilds". Actually, I found one on one end and none on the other of one assembly and the second unit just plain has none at all. What is it with people that don't put parts back where they should be?

Its just been one of those days when things just don't go right. Imagine a Toyota parts counter idiot saying "there is no such part inside a Toyota axle assembly". Since it was not on his little screen, the part didn't exist. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm And the one I had in my lil ole hand "couldn't have come out of a Toyota".

I am so damn sick and tired of dealers in this state it damn near makes me see red/or worse but I ain't goin there.

i have a few as well. the parts guys at your toyota dealer must be complete morons.

i normally ask them to print out an exploded view if there's any chance of discreptancy.

i agree that your parts guy is an idiot, but, fwiw, i don't run them anymore, with no issues.
