Our new rescue

Meet Lily, 1 year old and a purr monster lap cat. It's been 2 years since I put my last cat down, figured it was time to save another.

Rescue cats are awesome...I think when you show up at the shelter....they adopt "you"... Purdy kittah!

Agree, my adopted cats took a week or more to adjust to new a home and human. My rescues were so happy to be out of the shelter, they where happy with home and human immediately. The pound puppy thing definitely applies to pound cats as well.
