I finally got my hands on an orion after waiting patiently for a couple months. I started assembly today and I ran into a little head scratcher. It looks to me like there is a machining issue on the thrust washer surface for the idler gear. One side looks good with the notch for the thrust washer and oil galley. The other side doesn't look like the machining or casting was correct. Can an orion pro take a look?
