I just pulled these out of my 94. They're in rough shape but if they are the originals should I try to steam clean them or not worth it and just toss them? thanks

Soap them up with some laundry detergent, let them soak for a couple of hours, then wash them clean with a pressure washer

Clean them and sell them, those are rare at this point

Clean and keep or sell if you don’t want old school OEM floor mats. Those have not been available since approx 2005.
