I should have my dizzy from trollhole tomorrow. Anybody have a part number from the above stores for an internally ballast resisted coil that would work? Marshall suggested this type of coil but the parts guys at the stores are not at the level to which I need to trust I am getting what I need.
Thanks

Did you ever get a reply to this question? The external coil resistor on my f engine died this past weekend. Replaced the coil with an internal resistor model from NAPA. Like you found, the guides didn't have a listing but the guys at my store knew their stuff and gave me a workable alternative. Let me know if you still need the part number and I'll get it for you (not home now so I don't have at hand).

Here are the numbers off the box:
V13260
IC14
The bar code number is 7 07390 40553 7

Hopefully on of those will get you the right coil. Cost me $37.

Oreilly part #23-0240 is what I have on my 2f with a Trollhole. No external resistor required. Works great.

Thanks, guys! When it warms up, we'll see if this puppy will spark. It's been sitting for about 6 years, but the battery charged up fine and has held the charge (shocked me!), and it cranks fine.
