If you're lucky enough to have a TJ's in your neighborhood, (which probably leaves out all of you poor souls in the East - sorry), and you haven't already tried it, give TJ's Carne Asada a shot. One of the best ways to do camping grilling with no work IMO. The meat is nicely seasoned and comes in a sealed marinade package. I throw the package in the freezer before going, it will stay fine for a long time on the road, many days in a fridge. Ready to go, cut package open, throw on the grill, perfectly seasoned (a bit spicy), thin cuts that make perfect sandwiches. Cooks very fast. Zero prep. What more can one want? Oh, did I say it's delicious too...? OK, not really DIY chef stuff, but dang it's easy... :)

pics or it didn't happen!

Great suggestion, though, I'll check this out someday.

in the interest of full disclosure, though, while eating a piece right this instant, I should add that this is not filet mignon admittedly, it isn't quite melting on your tongue, but very tasty...

That's alright, good Carne Asada's supposed to have some tooth to it, hence the acidic marinade.
