Okay nothing like the ones Landcrusher70 was on this weekend but:

About 2 months ago, I found this trail (Drinkwater Flat) near my place about <3-4 miles away.
Always wanted to try it but...
Well before I went looking for this hard to find Similac Advance premade formula, I decided to go at it.

While airing down to 25 psi, a blue DC 4wd TRD Taco preceeded to go up the main entrance climb - didnt air down? Am I being too careful?

Low CDL and rear locker made it up easy. But around the corner on top the Taco was just stopped and idling in front of some steep climbs. Was he waiting for me to try it first? Well, I sure didnt bring my Montero Sport AWD with LSD. :D

I made it up this climb (similar to the Bouquet side of Rohwer) - easy but I was holding on the steering wheel tight. ;p Pretty much at the top I had to answer the cell phone. Yep, gotta break and get the baby formula.

The Taco made it up 5 minutes later. Spoke with him and found out this was his first time up this trail also. Watched him climb the hill in front of me and Ipreceeded to go back.

I tried to take the pics as ground level as possible to show the steepness but you know how that goes. Wrong Date stamp as usual. :D

Good job Alan. I think you could have made it fine without airing down and with only the CDL but you have to be comfortable. ;) The more you use it the more you will be amazed at what your rig can do with the diffs open. :grinpimp:
