You likely want to explore caster plates. Bushings would get you positive, which would be better, but not enough. You want around 3-4 degrees positive caster.

Do I need bushings AND plates or just plates? Will I be around 3-4 deg. With plates?

Panhards are the bars that go from the frame to the axles? Lines are probably stretched I'm sure. PO was a good guy but not a mud guy by any means..
Yeah, they go from the frame to the axle. You can buy new ones or buy adjusters to be welded onto your stock pan hards. Slee sells both as do others.

I think Slee sells 3 degree bushings, plates, and brake lines. I know Landtank also has plates. You can also check with Man-a-fre.com about extended brake lines as well as other stuff.

You can't run plates and bushings, one or the other.

Bushings will give about 2-3 degrees of adjustment, which isn't enough in your case. Plates will give about 5 to 7 degrees of adjustment, which is what you need.

Several people offer plates, so there are several choices. You could also go with Man-A-Fre drop brackets, which lower the frame side of the control arms. Some don't like the MAF brackets as it lowers the arm and puts them more in harms way.
