Just received one today I am unable to pull it out and I can barely rotate the cylinders is this right or do I have a problem with this unit?

I’m assuming you got a new one, right? I recently installed an OME lift with new stabilizer, no issue with pulling it out or rotating it.

Yes new box mashed up some, wonder if valves got messed up. I will contact supplier today. Thanks
