I dont think the heavies would work as I am looking for a winch-less ARB front and that should only require the mediums.

Do these springs fit a FJ-60? I am not familiar with the models of OME Springs and how much lift do they provide? I have a ARB bumper on my FJ60 and want to install a winch in the future. How much for the pair?

Not bolt in....you would have to do some serious mods....these are coil springs
