Just swapped out a rear spring pack on my 73, my new lift was leaning like crazy and I convinced ARB to send me a new PS spring. The truck sits level and looks great now.

One thing I found quite weird is once I had the spring removed and I pulled out the bushings, the inner sleeve of the spring eye came with the bushing. I hope I am explaining this correctly... the inserts on the new spring seemed solid and fixed, yet the spring I removed with only 5000km on it they were easily pulled with the bushing. To me this seems bad, essentially the bushing was just keeping things solid - as the spring flexed all pressure and stress was purely metal on metal contact between the spring eye and the insert. I would see it being somewhat okay if the insert had holes in it for the grease to enter, but still it was pure metal on metal contact. If this is normal I would advise against OME springs... anyone notice this before? Whats the point of greasable pins if the bushings just sit in the metal sleeve and the sleeve just twists in the spring eye???
