Thanks guys for all the replies and advice. I will check into changing out the shocks first and work forward from there. I will post some pictures as soon as I figure out how to. Raising three grandkids is a major time investment. Stay tuned.
Not familiar with the OME springs in a 40, but can you pull a leaf if they’re the heavies?
I too have the bilsteins (with procomp 2.5” springs) and am really happy with the ride, though my research showed the procomp were a little longer and a little softer than the OME.
