Evening mud,

looking for some info on this old M12000. Serial number is really rusty, it looks almost like it starts with a “dot” instead of a number, It is either dot 92433 or it’s 692433. Any help here would be great. I’ll call warm tomorrow and see if they can shed some light on it.

I’ve looked at a couple rebuild threads on here and they are really helpful. I haven’t cracked it open yet.

I’m sure it needs a new solenoid pack and at least a motor housing if not a new motor entirely.

If it needs a new solenoid pack, I recommend that you replace it with a contactor instead. Much simpler and more reliable (in my experience) than solenoids.

Do you have a part number for that by chance?

There's a couple of threads here in this sub-forum where part numbers for genuine Warn and others are posted; when I have time I will see if I can find them for you.

I used a Superwinch contactor on my Warn 8274, but they are out of business and that one is NLA.

Found em thanks! @Warn Industries sent me some great info as well.
